DS (Digital Syringe): Digital syringes consist of an ergonomically designed holder with LCD and a microliter tip from the 700, 1700 or 7000 Series. The dosing volume is indicated digitally and the correctness of the unit confirmed by a calibration certificate. N (Needle): N stands for a glass body with a fixed needle and body element. Not to be heated above 50°C. LTN (Luer Tip Needle): The needle is fixed in a tapered glass body. Not to be heated above 50°C. LT (Luer Tip): The syringe has a conical end on the glass body for fixing the needle. Autoclavable at above 100°C (without piston) RN (Removable Needle): The needle can be removed from a connection practically with no empty space. RN stands for a glass body with a piston and an transition piece. Not to be heated above 50°C. TLL (Teflon Luer Lock): This type of syringe has a locking device in an addition to the cone. Not to be heated above 50°C. CH (Chaney Adapter): A dosing aid made of steel/aluminium, mounted on the syringe. WG (With Guide = Syring Guide): The guide protects the piston from bending, and from being pushed out to the rear when working against high pressures. Items supplied: N and RN are supplied with needles. LT and TLL are supplied without needles. Gauge: Standard size = Classification of diameter, inner diameter and outer diameter for wires and capillary tubes. Tip type 2 (pst2) Standard tip shape with a polished section of 10-12°, slightly bent inwards (protection against clogging). Ideally suited for gas chromatography. Tip type 3 (pst3) Tip with a polished section of 90°. For accurate dosing with thin layer chromatography and HPLC applications. Tip shape AS (pstAS) With 8° cone polished on the face side.
