What is decisive are the user’s individual needs. While Centrifuge 5804 has a maximum capacity of 1,000 ml in a swing-bucket rotor, Centrifuge 5810 provides a capacity of 2,000 ml in a swing-bucket rotor. The successful concept of different rotors permits flexible handling of the most diverse tube capacities and shapes. With the swing-bucket and fixed-angle rotors it is possible to centrifuge the vast majority of commercial tubes, MTPs and deepwell plates. The range of accessories has been greatly expanded - and flexibitity increased accordingly - in particular for the swing buck - et rotors A-4-81 and A-4-81-MTP, which enable the centrifuging of up to 28 × 50 ml Fal - con® tubes or up to 16 MTPs in the centrifuges A-4-81 and A-4-81-MTP. Using modular adapters you can adapt your rotor to changing needs.
