These filtering flasks have a ground tubulature 17,5/26 for vacuum hoses from 15 to 18 mm O.D. (e.g. 6 × 5 or 8 × 5, DIN 12865). Filtering flasks with tubulature make it easier to perform many jobs in preparative and analytical laboratories and also help to reduce the risk of accidents. The matching vacuum hose is plugged into the tubulature of the filtering flask until secured by the conical shape of the tubulature.
