There are two ways to establish the required atmosphere under optimum conditions: Either by chemical GasPack kits (anaerobic systems) or by manual evacuation of the jars via vacuum pump and subsequent gassing (e.g. with nitrogen). No chemical accessories are required in this case (except anaerobic jars “eco” and “crystal eco”). The jars are made of robust stainless steel or transparent PC. The jar lids are made of UV-stable plastic or transparent polycarbonate, equipped with two corner valves incl. tube clips for vacuum hoses (inner diameter 5 mm) as well as manometer for exact control of the vacuum or overpressure (-1 to +0.2 bar) (except anaerobic jars “eco” and “crystal eco”). The optional stainless steel racks are equipped with holders for comfortable handling of the anaerobic systems. Anaerobic methods: 3 x evacuation and gassing, uninterrupted gassing for 5 minutes, and chemical gas generation (GasPacks) for anaerobic jars “small”, “standard”, “large” and “crystal”. For anaerobic jars “eco” and “crystal eco”, only uninterrupted gassing for 5 minutes (use of GasPack kits). Special versions: Other equipment available on request.
