The results are indicated as density or concentration. Developed for incoming goods inspection or quality checks at the production line, the density meter uses only two millilitres of sample. On request, the density meters can be calibrated before delivery to be retraceable pursuant to ISO/IEC 17025. Technical data: Measuring principle: Oscillator made of borosilicate glass Sample volume: 2 ml Measuring range: Density from 0 to 3 g/cm³, temperature from 0 to 40°C Accuracy: Density 0.001 g/cm³, temperature 0.2°C Repeatability: Density 0.0005 g/cm³, temperature 0.1°C Protection class: IP 54 (dust and splash water protected) Permitted sample temperature: 0 to 100°C Data memory: 1024 measured results DMA 35 Standard The DMA 35 in Standard version is the follow-up model of the DMA 35 Basic. It has a colour display with capacitive keys, communicates with external devices via Bluetooth and can read RFID labels. It is suitable for right- and left-handers. The new patented connection between measuring cell and instrument provides for fast exchange of the flexural resonator in case of a defect. Special functions: • Intelligent connection of the replaceable measuring cell (patents AT516421 (B1), EP3015847 (B1)) • Viscosity correction of the density measuring results • Gesture control for easy measuring with one hand only • Comes in a sturdy plastic case Technical data: Ambient temperature: -10 – +50°C Power supply: three 1.5 V LR06 AA alkaline batteries Weight: 660 g Dimensions (L×W×H): 245 × 103 × 129 mm Measuring units: Density, density @ xx°C, specific gravity SG, alkohol % v/v, alkohol % w/w, API digit, API SG, API density, °Baumé, °Brix, °Plato, °Oechsle, °KMW, H2SO4 % w/w, H2SO4 @ 20°C, concentration formula for calcium chloride, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, isopropyl, methanol, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, ten programmable custom-specific measuring units Rubber housing for operating panel optionally available Article Order No. 1DMA 35 Standard 10 63 33504 ISO 17025 calibration 10 63 33501 Rubber housing for operating panel 10 63 33505 Factory calibration pursuant to ISO 17025 is available for new instruments before delivery only. DMA 35 EX Identical with the standard version, the DMA 35 EX additionally is ATEX approved and thus suitable for measuring combustible chemical agents in potentially explosive environments. Special functions: same as DMA 35 Standard • ATEX approval, EX II 2 G Ex ib IIC T4 • Additional rubber protection for measuring cell Technical data: same as DMA 35 Standard Ambient temperature: -10 – +40°C Article Order No. 1DMA 35 EX 10 63 33506 ISO 17025 calibration 10 63 33501 Rubber housing for operating panel 10 63 33505 Factory calibration pursuant to ISO 17025 is available for new instruments before delivery only.
